​​Optimal M&E Project Services was founded by Murray Reid to provide reliable, practical estimating and QS support grounded in real project experience.

Murray’s background spans both delivery and commercial roles within the M&E industry. That experience directly informs how estimates are built  understanding how projects are constructed, where risk genuinely sits, and how tender decisions play out once work is secured.

Rather than relying on generic pricing models, the emphasis is on interrogating the information issued, understanding scope and constraints, and producing estimates that are usable, defendable, and commercially sound.
