With years of experience working in electrical contracting and project delivery, I also work with contractors and main contractors where an experienced electrical perspective is needed on a project.

• Post-award Value Engineering – identifying practical cost savings in installed systems and specifications during delivery.

• Risk & Performance Monitoring – identifying issues early and helping keep the package moving in the right direction.

 

Often it’s simply about bringing in an experienced electrical perspective on a package when workloads increase. I can step in alongside existing teams, attend meetings where needed and help keep the electrical package moving in the right direction.
